  • Due to their compressed meeting schedules, special session classes follow different add, drop and withdrawal deadlines than those held during the standard 16-week semester.
  • If you use student-specific permissions, please note that the "Permission to Add" tab's behavior has been modified to no longer select all overrides by default.Previously, users had to deselect any unwanted overrides before entering a student ID to
  • If you need to submit a section change (i.e., a swap) after Sept. 11, please do so using our online special action form. Swap processing ends when grade rosters are created on Dec. 9.
  • Due to a system error, automated waitlist processes for B session (the full 16-week semester) continued to run intermittently after the Sept. 4 waitlist deadline.
  • Starting in Fall 2019, staff who process late adds for COF-eligible coursework will automatically receive a COF late add Qualtrics survey via email.
  • Batch preregistration for new freshmen, drop/add access for fall semester, and reserve capacities.
  • Fall registration closed on Friday, June 14, for new transfers and summer-to-fall students (reopens July 8–Aug. 21), and continuing students and readmitted undergrads (reopens Aug. 12–16).
