The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) provides free workshops and support groups related to physical health and well-being.
AcademicLiveCare (ALC) is a free telehealth platform that allows students, staff and faculty to schedule and attend mental health and medical appointments from home, the office or on the go.
Medical Services has a team of certified massage therapists available to treat stress, sports recovery, circulation and muscle spasms. Massage appointments at Wardenburg Health Center are available to staff and faculty for $60 per 45-minute session (insurance not accepted).
Acupuncture is a form of traditional Chinese medicine that uses small, thin needles to stimulate the body鈥檚 healing mechanisms. Staff and faculty can participate in private acupuncture sessions or join a community ear seeding session. Group acupuncture is a great option to learn more about acupuncture and give it a try.
Did you know you can fill prescriptions and pick up over-the-counter products right here on campus? The Apothecary Pharmacy in Wardenburg Health Center accepts most major health insurance plans, including all of the CU employee health plans.
Health Promotion provides free quit kits, nicotine cessation coaching and tips for staff and faculty to overcome nicotine cravings. Call 303-492-2937 to schedule an appointment. Nicotine patches and gum are also available for sale at the Apothecary Pharmacy.
CU employees, retirees and their spouses/dependents are eligible for a membership to the Rec Center. Staff and faculty can also get a $25 one-month trial membership that provides access to both campus facilities, locker rooms and free group fitness classes.
Health Promotion provides free toolkits and plug-and-play activities to campus organizations and departments. These toolkits provide a great way to educate and engage your team in wellness activities around self-care, gratitude, stress management and more.

The Norlin Library has released a new Wellbeing and Sexual Health collection that covers a variety of topics, including burnout, sexuality, relationships, mental health, self-help and more. Materials are available for checkout in person at Norlin Library or online through Overdrive.
