Faculty & Staff Assistance Program
The Faculty & Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is dedicated to serving the emotional and psychological needs of the campus community. All FSAP staff are trained as generalist counselors and are equipped to deal with a wide range of personal and work related issues. You must be a 蜜桃传媒破解版下载 employee to use FSAP services, and services are no cost to all 蜜桃传媒破解版下载 faculty and staff members. Due to licensing restrictions, employees must be in the State of Colorado to be eligible for FSAP counseling services.

What We Offer
- Counseling
- Employees may receive confidential short-term counseling with a licensed FSAP therapist or one of our clinical interns.
- In addition to one-on-one counseling, FSAP offers relationship counseling for partnerships and family counseling for employees.
- We offer both teletherapy and in-person (including outdoors) counseling. Telephonic counseling may be available as well.
- Drop-In Hours
- Let鈥檚 Chat is a no cost service where 蜜桃传媒破解版下载 employees can check-in virtually or in-person for an informal and confidential consultation with an FSAP provider. This service is available to in- and out-of-state employees.
- Advising for Managers and Supervisors
- Managers and supervisors may seek support and guidance in handling workplace conflict, concerning employee behaviors, major transitions, and other workplace stressors.
- Wellness Events
- FSAP has partnered with local community experts to offer a wide array of workshops and seminars designed to support areas of mental, physical, relational, and environmental wellness.

In some limited situations, information may be released as follows:
- The client signs a Release of Information form authorizing specific information to be released to a specific person(s), provider group, or organization contact for a determined purpose and for a determined timeframe;
- A disclosure is directed by court order;
- The client is determined to be in immediate danger of harming self or another person, persons, and/or place;
- Information shared with the counselor reveals concerns related to suspected/possible abuse of a child, dependent, or elder. Per Colorado state law, counselors are 'mandatory reporters' of child and elder abuse and are also required by law to report any suspected abuse.

FSAP Let鈥檚 Chat
Let鈥檚 Chat is a no cost service where 蜜桃传媒破解版下载 staff and faculty can schedule an informal and confidential consultation with an FSAP counselor Monday through Friday between 2-3pm via telehealth or in-person. Speaking with a counselor in a confidential setting can help you access support, provide perspective, help you explore resources and options, and discuss how counseling might be helpful. Let鈥檚 Chat sessions are usually 30-minutes.
Let鈥檚 Chat counselors can provide insight, solutions, and information about additional resources. Employees commonly visit with concerns about stress, workplace conflict, relationships, family problems, health care access concerns, and financial or food insecurity.
Please note: This service is not a substitute for formal counseling and does not constitute mental health treatment. Let鈥檚 Chat is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or feel unsafe, please contact Real Help Hotline (833-533-2428), visit your nearest hospital, or dial 911. Please note: If you dial 911, all emergency responders will arrive, including fire, ambulance, and police.
Concerning Incidents
This form is monitored by members of the Behavioral Intervention Team who provides avenues for reporting concerning behavior. Assaults or threats of physical harm that require immediate police attention should be reported to the Police Department by dialing 911.
