Returning Students Accommodate Information
Returning students to 蜜桃传媒破解版下载 who have registered with Disability Services previously, you will now be using Accommodate to manage your accommodations.
How to access Accommodate
Step 1: Access
Step 2: Select 鈥淪tudent鈥 under 鈥淲hat type of user are you?鈥
Step 3: Use your CU IdentiKey credentials to log in.
Submit semester requests
- You can submit a semester request five (5) business days prior to the start of the semester.
- If you add a course(s) after you submit a semester request, you will need to submit an additional semester request for the new course(s).
Step 1: Login to
Once you have logged into Accommodate, you will select 鈥淎ccommodation鈥 on the left side of the screen.
Step 2: Select 鈥淪emester Request鈥
On the left side of the screen, select 鈥淪emester Request鈥
Step 3: Select 鈥淎dd New鈥
After you have selected 鈥渁dd new鈥, select the correct semester from the drop down menu.
Step 4: Select 鈥淩eview the Renewal鈥
Select 鈥淩eview the Renewal鈥 to select accommodations by course OR select 鈥淪ubmit for All Accommodations鈥 to add all accommodations for all courses.
Step 5: Email Notification
You will receive a notification email stating your semester requests have been received.
Signing accommodation letters
Step 1: Email Notification
You will receive an email notification stating your Accommodation Letters have been successfully created. Log in to Accommodate to sign your Accommodation Letters.
Step 2: Select 鈥淎ccommodation鈥
On the left side of the screen, select 鈥淎ccommodation鈥.
Step 3: Select 鈥淎ccommodation Letters鈥
On the left side of the screen, select 鈥淎ccommodation Letters鈥
Step 4: Select 鈥淟etter of Accommodation鈥
In the middle of the screen, select 鈥淎ccommodation Letters鈥
Steps 5 and 6: Type Your Name and Save
Scroll to the bottom of the Accommodation Letter and type your name. Then select save.
Step 7: Email Notification
You will receive a confirmation email stating your signature was successfully submitted.
Request additional (supplemental) accommodations
Steps 1, 2 and 3: Login to
Once you have logged into Accommodate, select 鈥淎ccommodation鈥 on the left side of the screen. You will then select 鈥淪upplemental鈥.
Step 4: Select 鈥淎dd New鈥
On the bottom of the screen, select 鈥淎dd new鈥
Step 5: Enter Requested Information and Submit
Enter the requested information. (*) means an answer is required. Upload additional documentation (if available) in the 鈥淎dd Item鈥 tab.
Click submit.
Step 6: Email Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email stating your Supplemental Accommodations request has been received.
Upload any further supporting documentation
Step 1: Log in to the
Once you have logged into Accommodate, you will select "Accommodation" on the left side of the screen.
Step 2: Select "Documents" under the Accommodation tab.
Step 3: Select 鈥淎dd New Accessibility Document鈥 and submit.
After you have selected 鈥淎dd New Accessibility鈥, enter a title, select documentation type, upload the document, and click submit.
Step 4: Follow up with your Access Coordinator
Your access coordinator will be notified that the document has been submitted and will follow up with you shortly. You can verify the document was uploaded by looking in the pending documents.
Release of Information Form
Step 1: Sign into Accommodate.
Step 2: Click on Forms on the left hand side of the screen.
Step 3: Click 鈥楻espond鈥 for Student Consent for Disclosure of Information and Records
Step 4: Fill out form and type your name for the signature at the bottom
Step 5: Click submit
Generate a PDF copy of your Accommodation Letter
Step 1: Login to
Select student and enter your IdentiKey and password.
Step 2: Select the Accomodate letter
Select Accommodation Letters on the left hand side
Select the Accommodation Letter you want to generate as a PDF
Step 3: Generate a PDF
Click 鈥淕enerate PDF鈥
A PDF copy of your Accommodation Letter will open in Adobe
Save the file locally on your computer and send as an attachment to your instructors if needed.
Contact your Access Coordinator or dsassistant@colorado.edu if you have any difficulty generating a copy of your Accommodation Letter.
View Notes in Accommodate
Step 1. Log in to .
- Select student and enter your IdentiKey and password.
Step 2. Select "Note-Taker Network" on the left-hand side.
Step 3. View and download your notes.
- Scroll down and you will be able to view all notes uploaded for your courses.
- Use the search feature to pull up notes for specific courses.
Select 鈥淒ownload鈥 under the notes and you will be able to view the notes on your device.
