Research-to-Market (R2M) is a 3-week program for scientific/engineering inventors and their teams to find a market for their technology through the process of customer discovery. Derived from the National Science Foundation's I-Corps™ program, R2M leverages the nationally-recognized Lean LaunchPad and Business Model Canvas methodologies specifically designed for university researchers commercializing their inventions. ONLY A FEW SPOTS LEFT!

The program consists of:

• Two-day full-day virtual workshops
• Three days of 2-hour webinars
• Team presentations and instructor office hours
• 30 interviews done virtually in a target industry
• Meeting and building connections with industry experts and mentors

Dr. Jo Viney is an entrepreneurial scientist and experienced biotech executive. A self-described “drug-hunter,” she has successfully advanced a number of programs into the clinic.

Prior to Pandion, she worked at Immunex, Amgen, and most recently Biogen, where she was senior vice president of the Drug Discovery organization.

Throughout her career, Dr. Viney has been passionate about workplace inclusiveness. Since 2015, she has served on the board of  – a non-profit organization supporting early to mid-career women. She was WEST’s president for the 2017-18 term.

The AB Nexus is requesting proposals that expand and strengthen areas of research collaboration between the CU Anschutz and ���Ҵ�ý�ƽ������ campuses. By integrating expertise in biosciences, biochemistry, engineering, arts and sciences, and more, AB Nexus aims to create high-impact opportunities to improve human well-being, demonstrate thought leadership and innovation, and spur economic development.

Award Amount: $50,000 or $125,000 (depending on award track, )
