- Faculty and staff are invited to submit nominations for the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ Student Employee of the Year Award, which recognizes and honors student employees for their contributions to the university community.
- The annual Alumni Award program is one of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ longest-standing traditions—and it can’t happen without you. Do you know a remarkable alum? Nominate them by Jan. 29.
- One of the most prestigious awards at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ, the Hazel Barnes Prize focuses on the enriching relationship between teaching and research. Nominations are now being accepted through March 1, 2024.
- The Center for Inclusion and Social Change invites you to nominate marvelous women in your community to be celebrated at a dinner recognizing mothers, grandmothers, advocates, friends, storytellers—any woman who has impacted your life in a positive way!
- Each year, the Best Should Teach Awards honor ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ faculty, graduate instructors and local K-12 teachers at an annual ceremony. Student nominations of professors are due by Nov. 1.
- Chancellor Philip DiStefano invites nominations for the 2023 Chancellor’s Employee of the Year Awards, which include a $2,000 prize and a commemorative gift. Nominations are due by Oct. 4.
- There are many benefits to serving on Staff Council. If you believe you or a staff member you work with would be a great advocate for employees, we encourage you to nominate. Self-nominations are accepted and encouraged as well.
- Recognize the hard work of student-employees by nominating them for Student Employee of the Year. The deadline for nominations is Feb. 15.
- ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ will continue its McNair Scholars Program for five more years after receiving a $1.34 million grant from the U.S. Department of Education. Recruitment for the next cohort begins this month, and faculty and staff nominations are a crucial component.
