- The Faculty Leadership Institute is dedicated to identifying, nurturing and supporting emerging leaders as they chart their course toward advanced academic leadership roles. The group is now accepting self-nominations for 2024–25.
- The Research & Innovation Office is requesting nominations by May 20 for the 2024–25 Distinguished Research Lectureship, which is among the highest honors bestowed by faculty upon faculty.
- Nominations and self-nominations are due by March 31 for the School of Education’s dean search advisory committee. Learn about the formulation of the committee, the timeline and more.
- Faculty and staff are invited to submit nominations for the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ÆÆ½â°æÏÂÔØ Student Employee of the Year Award, which recognizes and honors student employees for their contributions to the university community.
- The annual Alumni Award program is one of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ÆÆ½â°æÏÂÔØ longest-standing traditions—and it can’t happen without you. Do you know a remarkable alum? Nominate them by Jan. 29.
- One of the most prestigious awards at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ÆÆ½â°æÏÂÔØ, the Hazel Barnes Prize focuses on the enriching relationship between teaching and research. Nominations are now being accepted through March 1, 2024.
- The Center for Inclusion and Social Change invites you to nominate marvelous women in your community to be celebrated at a dinner recognizing mothers, grandmothers, advocates, friends, storytellers—any woman who has impacted your life in a positive way!
- Each year, the Best Should Teach Awards honor ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ÆÆ½â°æÏÂÔØ faculty, graduate instructors and local K-12 teachers at an annual ceremony. Student nominations of professors are due by Nov. 1.
- Chancellor Philip DiStefano invites nominations for the 2023 Chancellor’s Employee of the Year Awards, which include a $2,000 prize and a commemorative gift. Nominations are due by Oct. 4.
- There are many benefits to serving on Staff Council. If you believe you or a staff member you work with would be a great advocate for employees, we encourage you to nominate. Self-nominations are accepted and encouraged as well.
