MedDrop kiosk now available at CU Police Department

Recently, the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ Police Department installed a MedDrop kiosk in the lobby of the Police Department and Parking and Transportation building at 1050 Regent Dr. This kiosk will allow you to properly dispose of your expired or unwanted medications. This can be done at any time and without an appointment.

Rescheduled fall alerts test to be held Oct. 26

Each semester, the campus performs a test of the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ Alerts system to raise awareness of the platform and test the deployment of new notification methods. Elements of the rescheduled test at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 26, will include the final integration of the Alertus desktop notifications platform and testing of upgrades to the alerts.colorado.edu website.

Text messages are accepted by Boulder County’s four 9-1-1 dispatch centers, including the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ Police Department. While this is a great feature, there are only specific times and reasons to use this type of emergency communication.
