In this talk, renowned meditation master Orgyen Chowang Rinpoche will draw on teachings from his new book, Our Pristine Mind: A Practical Guide to Unconditional Happiness, to introduce principles of meditation to help us gain personal fulfillment and emotional satisfaction, and will discuss how these tools can help strengthen our positive connections with others.
The talk is free and open to the public.
