Women’s Fertility Group

October 25th & November 1st, 8th, 15th, 29th,ÌýNoon - 1:15 p.m.

By joining this group, you can learn how to manage difficult emotions and life challenges associated with your fertility diagnosis. It can offer a space where you can meet others who are in a similar situation, share in each other’s journey, and learn from each other’s experiences.Ìý

Nutrition for Stress Management

November 2nd, Noon - 1:00 p.m.

Learn how to plan meals to reduce stress on your body for more energy, better mood, less sugar cravings and the increased ability to handle daily ups and downs. Hint – it starts with breakfast! This workshop is hosted by FSAP in conjunction with our partners at Elevations Credit Union.

The Memo: Helpful Tips for Women of Color to Secure a Seat at the Table

November 10th, Noon - 1:30 p.m.

This presentation will be a book review, by Miranda Hart, discussing the essential, pragmatic, and necessary guide for women of color to become successful in the workplace.

How to Tame Your Money

December 7th, Noon - 1:00 p.m.

While most of us would claim that we aspire to financial goals – home ownership, saving for retirement, putting kids through college – recent studies have shown that a large percentage of people between the ages of 25–40 are deeply in debt, living from paycheck to paycheck, and highly stressed about the direction of their financial lives. Attend this seminar to discuss ways to better control your finances. This workshop is hosted by FSAP in conjunction with our partners at Elevations Credit Union.
