Staff Council Speaker Series Presents: Informational sessions on the expansion of the Infrastructure & Sustainability (I&S) Staff Mentor Program
ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ Staff Council, in collaboration with the I&S Mentor Program, will host two informational sessions to provide staff the opportunity to learn more about this great program and the ways it benefits staff and supervisors while furthering departmental goals.Ìý
The Program functions on a partner team model—mentee and mentor— who serve as role models to each other, providing support in identifying and pursuing career goals, and enhancing skills to prepare employees for future success at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ. Supervisors, department and organizational leaders, and staff are encouraged to attend to learn more about how the program will enrich their units. Watch to learn more!
