The Broader Impacts Network (BIN) is Ҵýƽ central campus source connecting the research and creative works community with the partners, tools, and resources needed to successfully develop and implement socially significant broader impacts. 

The National Science Foundation (NSF) prioritizes broader impact and intellectual merit in every proposal for funding. NSF defines broader impacts as “the potential to benefit society and contribute to the achievement of specific, desired societal outcomes.”

Ҵýƽ's BIN strives to enhance the quality of proposals through facilitating compelling and comprehensive broader impacts.
