Fall 2020
- According to our records, you were eligible to apply for grade replacement for the following course, but didn't do so. We've applied grade replacement to this course on your behalf in order to equitably apply the temporary grade replacement policy adjustment announced in February.
- To resolve this issue, submit an SSN/TIN update form and a copy of your SSN or TIN card to the Office of the Registrar by mail or secure document upload by 5Â p.m. on March 12, 2021.
- While our front desk and in-person services are suspended, please make use of our electronic methods for submitting enrollment and record changes.
- The last day to submit a Fall 2020 special action form (SAF) is 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 4.
- Thanks again to everyone who joined us for our virtual fall town hall on Tuesday, Oct. 27! If you missed it or you just want to take another look, the slides are now available on our website.
- Your grade replacement request will be denied unless you change the grade mode back to letter grade by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30.
- This Friday, Oct. 30, is the last day for students to do the following for the Fall 2020 semester: drop a class, submit or cancel a grade replacement request, and change a class's grade mode from letter grade to pass/fail or vice versa.
- While I am convinced that replicating spring 2020's expansion of pass/fail options is not the best choice for this fall semester, I do urge all of our instructors to show compassion for the stress our students are feeling as a result of this year's less than optimal teaching and learning conditions.
- Please join us for a virtual Office of the Registrar town hall on Tuesday, Oct. 27. Watch for an agenda and Zoom link in next week's newsletter. We hope to see you there!
- You're still on a class waitlist for 8-Wk Session 2, which begins this Thursday, Oct. 15. If you don't see it on your class schedule card, make sure the waitlist toggle is turned on.
