• Coming up, the ���Ҵ�ý�ƽ������ Chamber Orchestra and El Pueblo Ensemble will perform Daniel Valdez’s sweeping oratorio “Song of Pueblo” twice this month. The program is a collaboration with our American Music Research Center’s multiyear Soundscapes of the People project focused on the music and musical history of Pueblo. Join us for on Oct. 21 (Pueblo Memorial Hall) and Oct. 26 (Grusin Music Hall). Additionally, Valdez will present a lecture on Oct. 25, 4:15-5:30 p.m., in the British Studies Room, Norlin Library.��
• Oct. 25, 7:30 p.m. (S102): . Dutch pianist and composer Henry Kelder will present a fascinating mix of repertoire—from Romantic character pieces by Clara Schumann, John Field, Anatoly Liadov, Ottorino Respighi and Amy Beach to music by Dutch composers, including Kelder’s own pieces.
