ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ

Dr. Mark Rentschler is the recipient of the 2015 Provost's Faculty Achievement Award. Rentschler joined the department as an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering in 2008.  He is a Co-Director of Design Center Colorado, Co-founder and Director of the Graduate Design Program, and Principal Investigator of the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ Advanced Medical Technologies Laboratory.  His research is focused on medical device and surgical tool design, tissue mechanics characterization and dynamic contact modeling, and robotics and mechatronics.
