Fatim joined the RADD lab in December 2022 as a Professional Research Assistant and primarily works on the CUWB and TERA studies. She graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a double major in Psychology and Chemistry and she hopes to eventually pursue a PhD in child and/or adolescent clinical psychology. She is interested in understanding the cognitive mechanism of the brain and how it reflects on children’s and adolescents’ behavior. She hopes to use the knowledge of the bidirectional communication between the brain and behavior to deliver and establish evidence-based practices focused on minimizing the negative outcomes of internalizing and externalizing disorders in children and adolescents to help them be healthier and better adjusted adults. In her free time, she enjoys baking, jogging, hiking, and spending time with her family.
