Jeffrey Bandy was a graduate student with Dr. Linden from 2004-2009 at Duke University and graduated with a PhD in 2009. During his time at Duke he researched integration of synergistic multiple barriers in Water Reuse treatment. After graduation, he went on to work as an Engineer with Carollo and he is currently an Associate Civil Engineer at East Bay Municipal Utilities District in Oakland, CA.
