The agenda has a significant focus on faculty HR processes in addition to information we will be presenting for those that regularly work with staff. Specifically, if you work with faculty hiring it is recommend you attend.

We have updated the Faculty Contract, Graduate Student, Stipend, and Student Hourly spreadsheets.

You can access your HRSC tickets from our HRSC Customer Portal.

The next available off-cycle payroll request, for late time submission, is due to the HRSC no later than 6/24/2019  for disbursement on 6/28/2019.

Please have all APFs fully signed and submitted to the HRSC no later than 6/20/2019

 A gentle reminder about fall 2019 transactions that we prioritize new hires to be completed immediately. Fall transactions will be completed as we approach August.  If circumstances demand an earlier completion, please let us know as soon as possible. 

All faculty must select their contract before the fall semester. If a faculty member does not elect before August payroll, their pay will be adversely affected.  Faculty Affairs has reached out to all Dean’s offices on campus with who has selected and who has not, please reach out to them to see who in your department needs to select. 

For departments with Summer Research appointments for faculty that expect a merit increase, we look forward to receiving your July & August new spreadsheets with the newly calculated Academic Year Salary and IBS.
