A sweep of leave initiated by Employee Services has impacted employees with a vacation leave balance above the normal limit (per employee class). Boulder campus, however, is allowing a temporary limit of increase of 80 hours for the Fiscal Year 2021.

MyLeave’s capabilities only allow Furlough leave to be marked as “taken.”

Leave certification will open in the portal on September 8, 2020 and close on Oct 25, 2020.

If a faculty member would like to change to a 9x9 or 9x12 they must do so in the portal by close of business on July 10th. 

August hires are due to the HR Service Center on July 17th. 

The University’s Classified Staff Short-term Disability (STD) plan has been updated to align with the State of Colorado’s STD plans.

For units that choose to follow the summer hours, the hours will be 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., effective Monday, May 11.
