CEAS Wellness Fridays
Having trouble staying active mentally and physically? Need something to break up your day? Gather virtually with the CEAS community to invest in your mental and physical fitness. The whole family is welcome to join by secure Zoom for yoga and movement activities, as well as sessions on coping strategies and well being. The College of Engineering has partnered with FSAP and the Rec Center to bring you and your family a variety of wellness sessions every Friday from 11:00am - 12:00pm. Schedule for Summer (starting May 29th):
- May 29 - FSAP - Balancing Work & Life
- June 5 - FSAP - Combating Loneliness
- June 12 - Yoga
- June 19 - Pilates
- June 26 - HITT, High-intensity interval training
- July 2 (due to holiday) - Yoga
- July 10 - Pilates
You will only be able to log in using your address. This needs to be your identikey login (i.e. laha2911@colorado.edu) not your Outlook email (Jamie.Harris@colorado.edu). You will need to click the link on this email to register and then you'll be sent an email to authenticate. This is to prevent any zoombombing. You can log into the webinar from multiple devices, (with your same idenitkey) so you and others can watch from the other room, on a different device.
