Course Description

Whether implementing new technology, managing company acquisitions & mergers, adapting to external market changes, or launching new products and services, change management allows you to assess the situation, understand why the change is needed, align efforts and resources, and manage the change itself. Leading a change initiative involves both people and process. While you are navigating the technical elements of change, you are also navigating people's reactions to change. This highly interactive course will enable new and established change agents to lead and manage change with confidence and clarity. You can positively impact organizational culture through change management

Skills and Knowledge Gained

  • Understand Change Management theory. 
  • Understand behavioral and organizational components of individual, team and organization-wide change. 
  • Facilitate change using the Lewin, Beer, Kotter, ADKAR and other models of change management.
  • Apply strategies, tools and best practices for managing change.

  • Measure and assess change.
  • Manage conflict and resistance that arises from change.
