Inspired by the&nbsp;wide ranging and free form conversations that hearkens to <a href="https://alphahistory.com/frenchrevolution/salons/" rel="nofollow">salons of 18<sup>th</sup>&nbsp;century France</a>, we facilitated small group conversations (<a href="#HostsforSalon" rel="nofollow">led by a host at each table</a>) around a series of topics and questions reflecting back and anticipating the future of humanities and the arts.</p> <p>This event was held in-person at the University of Colorado Boulder's Center for Academic Success &amp; Engagement (CASE) Building in the&nbsp;<a href="/center/teaching-learning/" rel="nofollow">Center for Teaching and Learning</a> (CTL),&nbsp;CASE E390.
