In light of the , two BoulderTalks Executive Committee members, Associate Professor Phaedra Pezzullo and Assistant Professor Tiara R. Na鈥檖uti, have revisited their online toolkit to help parents, educators and advocates talk with children about the Dakota Access Pipeline controversy. Pezzullo and Na'puti are revisiting this topic in hopes of reminding people to have more compelling conversations this holiday season, making Thanksgiving relevant to contemporary environmental events and honoring the best of the holiday season.

By clicking these links, you can download three files: a list of Thanksgiving talking points, a resource list for schools and educators and a Boulder area resource list of indigenous and environmental groups working in solidarity with Standing Rock.
