Do you like songs from around the world or enjoy singing in other languages? Show us what you've got at the first annualÌýBouldervision!

The BouldervisionÌýSong Contest is the locally-grown version of the Eurovision Song Contest, the second longest-running televised singing show in the world. The idea behindÌýthe Eurovision was to reunite war-torn Europe afterÌý1945, and originally only a few countries participated. As of 2019, 43 countries were participants, sending a contestantÌýwith an original song, usually in the native language of the country they were representing.Ìý

For thisÌýevent, which we hope will continue through the years, we invite participants from all over the worldÌýto come and showcase their culture via song, danceÌýand lyrics in different languages.ÌýThe most exciting part about this is the voting sequence, which will include the audience in the decision. The viewers will rank their performances, giving their top 3 a set of 12, 10 and 8 points.Ìý

If you are interested in participating, pleaseÌýsign up before March 7Ìýby emailingÌýencontactocu@colorado.eduÌýor by messaging atÌý@encontactocu on Instagram.
