      1. Changes in funding

         1. Food: gave estimate from cutting down expense

            1. Cutting down food expense would cause them to have a deficit when it comes to feeding people.

            2. Napkins, plates, etc, were not included in the budget request.

            3. Food will be portioned.

            4. More people are expected to attend this year, current food estimate is for 750 people.

            5. Indian Jewelry company could potentially be used to raise money. 

         2. CUPD: A misunderstanding in the CUPD office will make them need an increase in that part of the budget.

               2. Food expense has decreased since last year's event.

      1. Multicultural Greek Council “MGC Yard Show” September 27, 7pm @ UMC Center Ballroom  - Skylar and Monica

         1. Advertising:

            1. Social media advertising was good

            2. They did not table

            3. Poster was hung in CSI office

         2. Content:

            1. Content of event was very entertaining

            2. History was explained (Yardshow history)

            3. Music was appropriate

            4. No food

         3. Logistics:

            1. Event did not start until 7:30pm

               1. They stayed regular amount; until 10pm

            2. QR code on pamphlet and they also announced it

            3. Mostly students attended; 90% students(���Ҵ�ý�ƽ������)

         4. Future:

            1. Be more clear with the time that the event actually starts.

            2. Location was great.

            3. More advertising on campus

            4. CEB was thanked.
