CTD student invents new lighting technology for Capstone project

CTD senior EO Rafelson has fabricated a high-tech kaleidoscope for his capstone project as well as developed a way to project the patterns generated onto a planetarium dome. His project, 鈥淜aleideo,鈥 will be presented at Fiske Planetarium on Tuesday, Nov. 9 for two free shows.

A group of 14 artists and technologists connected to ATLAS contributed to the Museum of Boulder鈥檚 newest exhibit, 鈥淐onvivial Machines,鈥 which opened Oct. 30. It's the first museum installation for Boulder Experiments in Art and Technology (B.E.A.T), founded by Jiffer Harriman (ATLS PhD '16).
