Working Goal

In light of the Equal Pay Act coming into effect on January 1, 2021, the Arts and Sciences Dean鈥檚 Staff Advisory Committee (SAC) established a subcommittee to follow progress on implementation of this policy at the University of Colorado Boulder and in the College of Arts and Sciences. The subcommittee was formed in fall 2019 and is continuing its work this year. We have been in communication with Assistant Dean of Administration Bernadette Stewart and Director of Personnel Shelly Hammonds as well as Assistant Vice Chancellor of Compensation and Talent Acquisition Kym Calvo, who are leading this initiative.
