Bonnie Evans, a 2019 ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ graduate who majored in sociology and economics, discussesÌýher role of working in a Pittsburgh nonprofit. Evans worksÌýon strategic goals through fund development and grant writing, and she managesÌýa program focused on the early childhood education industry.
Evans shares how she gained experience and developed skills by building connections through ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Æƽâ°æÏÂÔØ and local community members, participating in the CU Public Interest Internship Experience (PIIE) and a part-time job on campusÌýand completing a year-long fellowship through after graduation.
