Cadet is named one of the Student Leaders of the Year, February 2023

Cadet Natalie Peters was selected as one of nine recipients of the CU-Boulder Student Leaders of the Year for 2023, recognized on campus 鈥 February 06, 2023
The Center for Leadership, on the CU-Boulder campus, is a program set-up to showcase how leadership education impacts students鈥 lives. And by recognizing exceptional student leaders, the Center is able to highlight each students鈥 hard work and contributions to their respective leadership programs.
The Center for Leadership annually accepts nominations to recognize outstanding students that embody what it means to be a positive leader. Nominees must be in good standing with the university and their individual college. They must also be an active member of a Center for Leadership Affiliate Program. The individual can only be nominated by the director of their program or an affiliate professor.
Attributes that each nominee must possess in order to be eligible include: an excellent academic record, exceptional support and creativity within their leadership programs, outstanding community service, remarkable character and personal strength, as well as, being a model student that 鈥渓ives the (CU Student) Creed鈥.
The 2023 Student Leaders of the Year were recognized at an award ceremony and reception held on Monday, February 6, 2023 in the CASE building. Congratulations Cadet Peters on all of your hard work and for being identified as a positive role-model for other Cadets and CU students to look up to.
